Privacy Policy
What Exivity B.V. collects through exivity.com, why, who processes it for us, and the choices you have.
Last updated: September 30, 2026
This policy explains how Exivity B.V. (“Exivity”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit exivity.com or contact us through it. It covers this website, not the Hypermeter and Exivity Core products. We do not use or share your information except as described in this policy.
Who we are
Exivity B.V. is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
Exivity B.V., Van Boshuizenstraat 12, 1083 BA Amsterdam, the Netherlands
Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 69674191
Privacy questions and requests: info@exivity.com
What we collect and why
Forms
When you book a demo, ask for a quote, contact us, apply to become a partner or request the Exivity Core download, we collect what you enter: your name, your work email address, your company and, depending on the form, your country, what you need, how you found us and your message. With the submission we also record the page you sent it from and, where your browser provides them, the website and campaign parameters that brought you to us.
We use this to answer your request, to follow up on it and to understand which channels bring people to us. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and, when you ask for a demo, a quote or the download, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Each submission creates a contact, a company and a deal in our CRM, Teamleader, and is emailed to our own inbox through Scaleway Transactional Email. When a form is sent successfully we also record in our analytics that it happened and which form it was, never what you entered.
Before a submission is accepted we check that it was not sent by a bot (see Bot protection below), that the email address is not from a free or disposable email provider, and that its domain can receive mail. A submission that fails these checks is not stored; we log only the reason and the email domain.
Bot protection
Every form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated scripts. To do this, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical signals from your browser. Turnstile does not set tracking cookies. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping automated spam out of our systems.
Analytics and advertising measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how this website is used. The same Google tag measures the results of our Google Ads campaigns.
If you accept cookies, Google sets cookies (their names start with
_ga) that recognize your browser across visits, and the data can be used for advertising measurement. If you are signed in to a Google account with ad personalization turned on, Google may associate the visit with that account. If you decline, or make no choice, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. The Google tag still loads and sends Google cookieless signals about the visit, such as that a page was viewed, when, and with which type of browser. If you arrived through an ad, the click identifier in the page address is carried along as you move between pages.
The legal basis for the cookies is your consent. For the cookieless measurement it is our legitimate interest in knowing how the website performs. Google Analytics keeps this data for 14 months.
Company identification
We use Leadinfo to see which organizations visit this website. Leadinfo matches the IP address of the network you visit from against a database of business IP addresses and shows us the organization’s name and the pages viewed from it. It identifies companies, not individuals. We run Leadinfo in its cookieless mode and it is active for all visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which organizations are interested in our products.
You can object to this at any time by writing to info@exivity.com or by using Leadinfo’s opt-out page.
If you accept cookies, we load the LinkedIn Insight Tag. It sets cookies and gives us aggregate reports about the professional profile of our visitors, such as industry, company size and job function, and lets us measure LinkedIn campaigns. It does not load if you decline. The legal basis is your consent.
Hosting and content delivery
This website is hosted by Netlify, which processes your IP address and request details to deliver the pages and keeps short-lived server logs. Some files are delivered by other providers, which receive your IP address and browser details when your browser requests them: images from Storyblok, fonts from Google Fonts, and the Exivity Core installer from HubSpot’s file hosting. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering the website.
Cookies and similar storage
Your cookie choice is kept in your browser’s local storage under
exivity:consent. It is not a cookie and it stays until you change it or clear your browser data. The source of your visit (the referring website and campaign parameters) is kept in your browser’s session storage under
exivity:form-sourceso that it can be sent with a form. It is removed when you close the tab.Google Analytics cookies (
_gaand_ga_*) are set only after you accept, and are removed if you later decline.LinkedIn cookies are set only after you accept.
You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page.
