Build new FinOps and consumption-based services with Exivity
Partner with Exivity to help organizations gain control over technology costs, automate usage-based billing and turn complex consumption data into measurable business value.
Exivity works with technology providers, managed service providers (MSPs), system integrators, resellers and cloud service providers to deliver FinOps, metering, cost allocation, chargeback and billing solutions across hybrid, multi-cloud, on-premises and AI environments.
Whether you want to extend your existing cloud services, build a FinOps practice or create new consumption-based offerings, Exivity provides the technology and flexibility to support your business model.
Why partner with Exivity?
Technology consumption is becoming increasingly distributed. Organizations are no longer managing only public cloud costs. They need visibility across cloud infrastructure, private environments, SaaS, AI services, Kubernetes, data centers and custom technology platforms.
Exivity provides a data-source-agnostic FinOps, metering and billing platform that enables partners to bring these environments together.
As an Exivity partner, you can help customers:
Gain visibility across hybrid and multi-cloud technology costs
Meter virtually any source of technology consumption
Implement cost allocation, showback and chargeback
Automate usage-based and consumption-based billing
Build flexible rates, pricing models and service catalogues
Integrate financial data with ERP, CRM and operational systems
Support FinOps practices and technology value management
Measure AI consumption and Token Economics (Tokenomics)
Connect technology costs with business outcomes and unit economics
This gives partners the foundation to build services around both technology cost management and technology value creation.
Build your FinOps offering
For MSPs, cloud service providers and system integrators, Exivity can become the financial engine behind a broader FinOps service.
Partners can start with cost visibility and reporting, expand into allocation and optimization, and develop more advanced services around forecasting, governance, unit economics and business value.
This supports a Crawl, Walk, Run approach to FinOps, allowing partners to meet customers wherever they are in their FinOps maturity journey.
Instead of deploying separate tools for different infrastructure environments, Exivity enables partners to consolidate consumption and financial data within one platform — from public cloud and private infrastructure to SaaS, AI and custom data sources.
Create consumption-based and as-a-service business models
Exivity goes beyond cloud cost reporting.
The platform includes a powerful metering and charging engine that allows service providers to transform raw consumption data into billable services. Partners can define rates, tiers, discounts and customer-specific pricing models and connect the resulting financial data to existing billing and ERP processes.
This makes Exivity particularly suited to organizations developing as-a-service, managed service and consumption-based business models.
From infrastructure and cloud services to GPUs, AI tokens and custom digital services, if consumption can be measured, Exivity can help turn that consumption into financial intelligence.
Extend your technology with Exivity
Technology vendors can integrate Exivity to add metering, cost management, allocation and billing capabilities to their own platforms and services.
Exivity's data-source-agnostic architecture makes it possible to ingest data from APIs, files, databases and other technology sources, normalize that information and apply financial logic on top.
This enables technology partners to complement their existing solutions with FinOps and commercial capabilities without having to build a complete metering and charging engine themselves.
Exivity already works within an ecosystem that includes organizations and technologies such as Microsoft, HPE, Dell, Nutanix and HPE Morpheus, and participates in the FinOps Foundation ecosystem.

Frequently asked questions
The questions people ask about this, answered directly.
Ask us the restIs there a formal partner programme?
It is forming. The four motions on this page are happening today or in discussion, and terms are agreed per partner. There are no tiers yet, and this page will say so until there are.
Does Exivity take a share of the savings?
No. Licensing is not a percentage of the customer’s bill or of savings. The commercial model for partners is agreed per partner; ask us for the current terms.
Can I resell Hypermeter as well as Exivity Core?
Yes. Both products are available to partners. Which one a customer needs depends on whether they bill external customers, need metering inside their own environment, or need cross-source allocation — bring the use case and we will recommend one, the other, or both.
How long does an application take?
We reply from a named person, usually within two working days, with the motion that fits and the next step.
